Valentine's

Here are just a few more Valentine's that I have created over the past month. I hope that you enjoy them as much as I enjoyed making them.
There are a few things that I would like you to know about me. I don't work so I have lots of time to work on my cards on my good days. I have RA and fibromyalgia so there are days that it is impossible for me to work on my cards. It upsets me but I keep trudging along.
I hope that someone can answer this question for me. (I need to know how to link a photo to someone else's blog?)  I would like to enter some of the contests but I do not know how to link. I am not even sure if I am as good as most of you are with making cards. I have seen some really gorgeous cards on here. I would appreciate all the help that I can get. So if there are any of you that have any advice for me please do so on my blog.
Thank you very much and have a wonderful day

  1. WOW what a great selection of Valentine Cards. Many thanks for joining in with Fab'n'Funky's Challenge this week and we look forward to seeing you again.

Now for the link thing: a lot of challenge blogs will have a link system in place; just click on the link button and follow the instructions. Alternatively you can link your project yourself in the comments section and instructions are as follows:

Click on the title of the post you want to link and copy the URL that appears in your address bar. Now replace the words - YOUR LINK - in the code (shown below) by pasting your URL in the space between the inverted commas/speech marks

    html code: here's mine

Once your comment is published...you will only see "here's mine".

    Hope that works for you.

  4. Hi Traci.
Just wanted to welcome you to blogland. Know how scarey it can be being new, I cannot believe I started back in april last year, the 10 months has gone so quick and you do pick things up as you go along. Eveyones cards are special in their own ways, don't look at others and theink they are better than yours, just look for inspiration from others and you will pick up tips all the time. If you look on my blog you will see all the blogs I am a follower of and some of then offer help. Good luck and lovley to comment on your blog. You have been really busy with your cardmaking, well done. Debbiexx

  5. Hi Traci!

First of all, thank-you for commenting on my blog :) It's lovely of you to pop by!

Secondly, don't worry about not getting everything right at first with this blogging business... I was absolutely terrible when I started, as I'm sure everyone else is. It can be really confusing and the only thing you can do is learn and ask people for help if you're unsure. There are plenty of people willing to help if you ask :)

I'll help you with posting blog candy in your sidebar... click on the pic of candy and save to your comp, then click on the candy post and copy the link right at the top in the 'http://' search bar. When you've done that go to the top right where it says 'design'... should bring you to the page layout :) On the right, your side bar says 'Add A Gadget', click on that, then scroll to 'picture'. There you copy the http address and browse for the pic on your comp. Also, there is a box for Title. That's where you need to type in the details e.g. Meesh's Candy. Then 'caption' would be "Ends 20th February". After that click 'save' and view blog :)

It's really easy! If you follow those instructions you should get it perfect :)

Big hugs and enjoy your blogging!
